Current Project: Brandywine Condominium
Full design of a three bedroom luxury condominium being built on the Brandywine River. This project includes, wall placement, lighting and electrical placement, design of custom built-in furnishings, kitchen and bath design,all finish, furniture and artwork selections and placement. Construction documents also provided.
Construction to be completed in Fall 2007.

Colorful restyling of a couple’s 100 year old house in the Highlands area of Wilmington. These local artists desire a more colorful home to reflect their personalities, while desiring to retain the historical features of their home.
